Tried to move the cup across the table today. On purpose, deliberately, when no one was watching. It moved about an inch and then stopped and I couldn't get it back.

This is the thing I cannot explain to the people in the white room: it doesn't work when I'm trying. It works when I forget to try. There is a version of me who can do this properly and I cannot seem to get to him from here, not directly, only sideways and by accident.

I didn't tell them about the cup. They would write it down and change something about the sessions and I would lose the one piece of evidence I had that it's in there somewhere.
